It was an absolute pleasure having Kate as our keynote and workshop presenter. Her talent is amazing! - Lori Wilder, Superintendent of Education, Bluewater District School Board, Chesley, ON

Kate, I just wanted to again convey how very powerful the performance by your class was last night, and to express my gratitude for all the work you have done for these students, with such stunning results. - Debra J. Tervala, Provost - Santa Fe University of Art and Design, Santa Fe, NM

Kate's keynote performance at the Alberta Provincial GSA Conference was without doubt the BEST I have ever attended. I'm so glad that I was sitting in a place where I could see the responses of the young people. It was a moment I will never forget. - Dr. Dennis Sumara, Dean of Education - University of Calgary, AB

Kate - you were at our school yesterday and did an amazing performance. I don't normally listen to that genre but I love your music, and had a great time. It really was a great moment when I started listening to you sing. I have felt really depressed in the past and haven't known what to do.  Listening to you perform kinda gave me a lot of hope and made me see the world differently. LOVE your music so much! - Student, Halliburton Highlands Secondary School, Trillium-Lakelands District School Board, Lindsay, ON

Kate's energy and passion created quite a vibe among students and staff lucky enough to see her. The students and teachers appreciated her immense talents and found her "inspiring" and "motivating": she moved several students to tears. There were a lot of powerful messages and one that stood out was the reminder that people shouldn't be afraid to share their unique spark and be true to themselves. - Elizabeth Alton, Vice Principal, Trillium-Lakelands District School Board, Lindsay, ON

Kate Reid was astounding and reached out to many of our students who don't have a voice for their many inner turmoils. She addressed issues of homophobia with such humour and sincere grace. Kate's straight up talk and gestures of hope will stay with me along with my vocal class for many years to come.
Vocal Class Instructor, Limestone School District, Kingston, ON
